Gourmet healthy oatmeal cookies 



 4 cups whole grain raw oatmeal 


1 cup of whole wheat flour 


1/3 cup raisins


1/3 cup peanut butter (crunchy)


1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon


1/4 tsp nutmeg


1/2 cup safflower or coconut oil


2 raw eggs


1 cup of robust dark honey


1/2 tsp ground ginger


1/2 cup black strap molasses


(Optional ingredients)


1/3 cup coconut flakes


1/3 cup chocolate chip


 Bake in a fully heated oven @350 degrees for 12 min. on a greased cookie sheet. So healthy you can enjoy them anytime and never have to feel guilty!
