Italian Cauliflower Stove Top Casserole                      

1 large head of cauliflower steamed until completely soft
1 Six oz can of tomato paste

1/2 diced onion cooked

4 cloves of roasted garlic

2 raw eggs
1 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup of water




Break the cauliflower in small pieces in a large stove top pan
Add the tomato paste
Add waterStir in 2 beaten eggs slowly with heat on low
Cook until well blended
about 10 min on low
Then add the cooked onions and garlic

Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve
