 In 2005 Kim heard God leading her to run in Politics.  With no money for continued education she found Harvard University's Justice With Michael Sandel in 2009 while she was living in rural Missouri working hard on her health.  And she began watching his online videos of class sessions dealing with Social Issues in America.

She basically only took the classes for fun since they were free.

Since then, she has also taken poly sci classes from other prestigious and free colleges across this nation but none as notable as Justice With Michael Sandel!

But here are some of her blog posts that she wrote after attending his wonderful and interesting classes at one of our nations most prestigious schools.

Kant's "Theory" Of The Law of Humanity As An End

I think that what Kant teaches about moral reasoning is a good standard to check your motives by. Just like with Christianity you can obey the Lord's teachings because you love HIM or you can obey them out of religious duty or obligation (maybe someone is watching), or you can obey them because you fear before the Lord and or a combination of some or all of them. Then there are still others who will not obey them at all. But the reasons prove the motive. It is best to serve the Lord out of love for then it will NEVER Be in vain!

I love Kant's "Law of Humanity as an end" because we are rational beings worthy of dignity, reverence and respect. "Act in such a way that you always treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of any other, never simply as a means, but always at the same time, as an end." or in laymen terms "never having to say your sorry!" Good Stuff!

Moral Motive;
Catagorical Imperitive/ Duty /Autonomous: do the right thing because it is the right thing to do with no further purpose!

Imperative Hypothetical heteronomous: doing it for selfish motive

Unalienable Rights

I totally agree with Locke that we have natural rights to life, liberty and property and with Jefferson that we have unalienable rights to life, liberty and happiness because according to Joshua 1:3 God gives Joshua all of the land where ever he sets the sole of his foot. He did the same thing for Abraham. But now does that mean that everyone has this inheritance? No!

The land God gave Joshua was taken from heathen nations. Nations who were not walking with God or serving HIM. And it was also instructed to Joshua that in order for the children of Israel to keep the new conquered territory that they would have to stay away from the heathen gods and they would have to continue to fear before the Lord in obedience to all HIS commands and statutes. Man's laws may have tried to change God's laws but inevitably they will return to the structures of HIS word one way or another with or without man's consent.
And about Adult consent or tacit consent: I don't believe that it is theft to pay one's taxes.

I believe that it is right and just to have different tax brackets according to per capita and possessions. If one chooses to live in a society and have the benefits of that society that cost money for those entities in the society to exist then one should be expected to pay for those goods and services provided by the society. Likewise the public service members of that society should feel happy to provide the goods and deeds equally without prejudice or partiality to the members of that society. Not that everyone pays the same amount for the services but that everyone sacrifices the same amount.
