Healthy Pop Corn



1/2 cup Raw Popcorn Kernels (from the 2lb bag)


 2 tbs coconut oil heated in a med. size sauce pan a top the stove


 Cook at med-low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 min stirring occasionally 


 Top with Extra virgin olive oil (tastes just like melted butter on top of pop corn) 


 Sprinkle very little sea salt or kosher salt on top.


 Snack on it anytime! It will not raise your bad cholesterol at all if you use these exact instructions.
